The Evening Sleep Ritual Workshop will take place on zoom. It will last for 1 hour and will be hosted by Emily Lynam, Founder of Yougi. You will start by learning about the benefits and healing therapies of different essential oils that help sleep.
Emily will then lead you on sleep preparing ritual which includes scent, breathwork, and soft relaxing Yin Yoga.
The workshop kit will be posted to you ahead of the workshop and includes:
- A 190g Soothe candle
- 30ml Soothe essential oil
The soothing sleep ritual will be emailed to you after the workshop so you practice it again.
