Can I change the date of my workshop?
Please request any date changes at least 7 days ahead of your booked workshop. If you're ill or cannot attend the workshop last minute please email info@yougilondon.com so that we can let you know your options.

Can I get a refund on my workshop ticket?
As per our T&Cs, please note workshop bookings are strictly non refundable.However, if you are unable to attend the workshop we will do our best to accommodate changes to your booking with at least 7 days notice via email before your booked slot at info@yougilondon.com

What if I turn up late to a class?
Though we ask you to please arrive on time, we’re happy to accommodate latecomers up to 10 minutes past the class start time.

How many people will be attending my workshop?
Our candle making workshop guest capacity is 15 guests. But this is subject to change.

How long will the workshop last?
Our candle making workshops are usually around 75 minutes.

Can I bring a plus one if they haven't booked? 
Our workshop space only has the capacity to hold booked guests.

Are the candle making classes suitable for young children? 
Our workshops are not designed for children, but we’re happy to welcome children from the ages of 12+ who are accompanied by an adult also booked into the class.

Can I take my Soap home with me on the day of the session? 
Yes everyone to takes their candles home with them on the day but they will need to set for around 20 minutes  while we talk about aromatherapy. 

I want to host a private candle making session with my friends / family / team - how do I do this?
We can't wait to meet you all. Just drop us an email at info@yougilondon.com we’d be more than happy to arrange a private class with you. 

My friend who I booked into a class with is ill  but I don't want to join a session without them. What do I do? 
Sorry to hear your friend is ill. We still advise you to come if you’re not ill but please email info@yougilondon.com with as much notice as possible and we’ll talk through your options.
