Forty public workshops a week already run out of our Marble Arch and Whitechapel studios. Private bookings run alongside them: custom-designed, fully hosted, end-to-end.
Every private event is built around one of these. All materials included, 100% natural, and everyone takes home what they made. Prices are per person for groups of ten or more: larger groups bring the price down, and the proposal sets out exact pricing.

Our public calendar runs around forty sessions a week across the two London studios: open booking, small groups, every major format.
Alongside that, we run private events for teams, brands and groups who want the studio to themselves. A private booking is designed with you, priced on the day, and hosted by the same team that runs the public classes.

Four examples from the last year. Each was co-designed with the team and scented around the brief.
Yougi hosted at a country hotel for Porsche's client-experience programme. A private candle-making evening, with each guest blending their own scent around the brief of the weekend.
A launch activation for Huda Beauty, hosted for one hundred guests in a single sitting. Each blended a signature scent from eight essential oils: cherry, warm spice, vanilla and white floral. Then set it into a reed diffuser to take home. Emily designed the blend; the Yougi team ran the room.
A scent event for Nike, built around an Air Max moment and hosted for their VIP guests. Each blended their own perfume from the Yougi oil library, at a steel bench set into the branded space. Made on the night, worn out the door.
An influencer event for Oura Ring. Each guest blended an aromatherapy roller ball from the Yougi oils, a pulse-point scent chosen for how they wanted to feel. Made in the room, carried out on the wrist.
Most private events are designed and delivered within a month of first enquiry. Rush bookings are possible; longer lead-times let us build something more considered.

At Marble Arch, eight to fourteen. At Whitechapel, eight to thirty-five. At your venue, as many as the space holds: we've hosted a 120-person event for TikTok at their London office.
Four weeks is comfortable. Two weeks is possible. Same-week is rare but not impossible: ask.
Yes. For brand activations and collaborations, we design custom blends to match the brief. For birthday and hen bookings, guests build their own scent from the Yougi library.
Yes. We've hosted events in Manchester, Edinburgh, Bristol and beyond. Travel is priced separately and depends on venue and group size.
Yes, at volumes from 100 candles up. Co-branded labels, custom boxes and branded gift cards are all available. Lead time is typically four to six weeks for branded print.
Yes. We ship a kit to each guest and run the workshop over Zoom or Teams, led by an on-screen tutor. Popular for distributed teams and international offices.
