Amber Chai Essential Oil
Same scent. Always on. 100ml lasts around four months.
Specifications
The Amber Chai blend, neat. Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg and clove, warmed through with vanilla: a cup of sweet, spiced chai, and the steam rising off it in the morning air of old Bombay. For the oil burner or electric diffuser: a few drops, and the chest warms. 100% pure essential oils, nothing carried or cut. In 15ml, 30ml and 50ml. Blended in London.
Poured at Connaught Street. One batch at a time.
Every candle is hand-poured in small batches at our London workshop. Emily blends every scent and makes each batch by hand. The candles are then poured, labelled and finished by hand.
How to burn Amber Chai Essential Oil.
A candle is only as good as the way it's burned. Four steps, the same for every Yougi vessel.
-
Trim the wick.
Before every burn, trim to a centimetre. A shorter wick prevents soot and smoke, and the flame runs clean.
-
Let the wax pool.
On the first burn, let the wax reach the edge of the vessel before you put it out. Two to four hours. This prevents tunnelling and protects your hours of burn.
-
Burn in sessions.
Two to four hours at a time. Let it rest between burns: the scent needs the pause.
-
Retire gracefully.
When the wax falls below a centimetre, stop burning. Send us the empty vessel and we'll refill it for thirty percent less than a new candle.
The blend, in its other forms.
The same scent where it is made, and the nearest to it where it is not.
